DOCUMENT CONTROLLER CUM PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing document control procedures and systems.
• Managing the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of documents.
• Ensuring documents are accurately labelled, indexed, and stored for easy retrieval.
• Collaborating with internal teams to establish document control standards and protocols.
• Maintaining document databases and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Providing training and support to employees on document control processes and systems.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in any field (including Business Administration) with at least 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in a Telecommunication Industry environment. Qualifications with a QA/WM or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry (telecommunications, preferred).
• Familiarity with industry-standard document management methodology.
• Understand project management lifecycle within the telecommunications industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements related to documentation (preferred).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc).
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with little or no supervision.
• Positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
