Position Title: Executive – Engineering (CP-PCP/CP-BP)

Snapshot Of The Role

To manage and optimize wastewater treatment processes, ensuring environmental compliance, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in a food manufacturing environment.

You Are Driven To

• Treatment System Operations
• Operate, monitor, and optimize treatment processes
• Adjust treatment parameters to ensure effective wastewater quality control
• Laboratory Analysis
• Conduct routine testing and analysis for pH, turbidity, COD, TSS, metals concentrations
• Use lab results to fine-tune process performance
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance Coordination
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and process upsets
• Liaise with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Quality Control & Compliance
• Ensure treated water meets regulatory discharge standards
• Take corrective actions on non-compliance issues
• Safety & Environmental Compliance
• Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and operations
• Stay current on environmental regulations and ensure compliance
• Chemical Management
• Handle, store, and maintain chemical inventory safely and responsibly
• Monitor usage and initiate timely reordering
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of:
• Process data
• Lab test results
• Maintenance activities
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Process Optimization
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
• Enhance chemical usage efficiency and energy savings
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Previous experience in wastewater treatment operations, preferably in Food Manufacturing industrial setting.
• Knowledge of physical-chemical treatment processes and principles.
• Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, HALAL requirements related to electrical equipment and facility
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or on-call when required. Possession of CP-PCP or CP-BP certification will be considered an added advantage.
