Executive, Procurement Solutions

Job Purpose

Lead and oversee the enhancement of Digital Procurement applications and solutions within Procurement functions. Manage and support all Digital Procurement systems through a one-stop center, ensuring efficient technology support and maintenance for Procurement users.

Main Accountabilities

• Drive Digital & Innovation Agenda: Align Procurement Digital & Innovation strategies with business goals, define the portfolio, and oversee Procurement solutions and data landscape.
  
• Lead Digital Initiatives: From design to support, collaborate with Group Digital and external partners to enhance workforce productivity and customer experience.
  
• Manage System Support: Act as a one-stop center for technology support and maintenance, resolving system issues through collaboration with PET ICT support, Steering Committees, and expert user communities.
  
• Enhance Processes: Assess, identify, and prioritize digital solutions and applications for process efficiency improvements through benchmarking, gap assessments, and user engagement.
  
• Governance and Guidance: Provide guidance on user profile management, ensuring proper governance through periodic assessments and approvals by Data Owners.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Deploy and improve digital solutions using best practice CI tools, leading innovation and enhancing solution quality and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement, particularly in Construction and/or Facility Management.
• Domain Expertise: Diverse experience and technical knowledge, with added advantage in Information & Communication Technologies.
