- Create high-quality designs for email marketing, social media, ads creatives and other brand materials.
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visuals.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to develop and refine design concepts.
- Apply feedback effectively to improve and evolve designs.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, confidently sharing design ideas and suggestions.
- Assist in adapting and optimizing designs for different formats and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other design tools.
- A keen eye for detail, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
- Punctuality, respect for colleagues, and accountability—be on time, work well with others, and take responsibility for mistakes.
