Role Summary
HUB MANAGER ASIA
The objective of the role as HUB Manager Asia is to ensure operational excellence, resource planning, and strategic alignment with TRATON’s global objectives. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster strong cross functional relationships globally. Our Asian HUB is situated in Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. The role has approximately 25 in direct reports and requires a proactive leader who can build high performing teams and foster strong relationships in a remote environment.

Job Responsibilities
The role consist of 4 main areas:
- Planning and recruitment of resources to secure correct capacity and competence.
- People management: Work closely with our employees and consultants regarding development planning and to following up on performance and well being.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Onboarding and administration of new employees and consultants
- Vendor Management: Negotiations and contract management primarily with our consultancy suppliers.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6
