Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources supports including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding arrangement;
  • Maintain employee records including leave records and personnel files;
  • Assist in general administration duties and other ad hoc projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as HR Administrative Assistant or similar role;
  • Organizational skills
  • Good communication in both Mandarin and English speaking & writing skills;
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
  • Immediately Available is preferred
  • Can speak English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team


Desired Qualities:

  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks;
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments;
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suites
