Job Responsibility

  • Bertanggungjawab dalam mengiklankan jawatan kosong di media social (percuma @ berbayar) seperti mudah. my, facebook atau lain-lain.
  • Menjalani sesi interview (filter dan screening) resume sebelum hantar pada management untuk process akhir.
  • Menjalani process hiring, mengambil pekerja yang berkualiti mengikut criteria syarikat dan training pekerja baru
  • Mahir menguruskan latihan dan pembagunan (Training & Development) untuk setiap pekerja.
  • Kerja-kerja administrative yang berkaitan dengan HR seperti drafting surat menyurat, form atau report2 berkaitan HR seperti report databasa calon dan rekod file informasi pekerja.
  • Memenuhi keperluan pekerja berkenaan approval cuti, kenaikan pangkat, dan lain-lain
  • Membangunkan dan kemaskini diskripsi kerja dan spesifikasinya.
  • Menyediakan payroll syarikat dan report-report yang berkaitan.
  • Memastikan gaji disemak sebelum masa yang ditetapkan untuk pembayaran.
  • Menyediakan pembayaran KWSP & PERKESO syarikat.
  • Memantau rekod kedatangan pekerja dari masa ke semasa
  • Melaporkan salah laku pekerja kepada majikan
  • Membantu Syarikat dalam menghadapi isu berkaitan dengan pekerja dan Jabatan Tenaga Kerja.
  • Mahir menguruskan Performance Appraisal setiap staff (Penilaian Prestasi Pekerja)
  • Lain- lain kerja yang diberikan oleh syarikat dari masa ke semasa.

Job Requirements

  • Memiliki Sijil atau Diploma atau Ijazah bagi jurusan (Sumber Manusia).
  • Mempunyai 2-3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang human resource.
  • Mahir berbahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Words.
  • Mahir berkomunikasi dan dalam deligate kerja
  • Mahir dalam pengiraan gaji
