Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process up to onboarding. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and sit in for interview sessions, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, as well as new staff orientation.
• To check, process, and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Provide comprehensive personal assistant, administrative, and secretarial support to the Director.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks if required.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Detailed-oriented
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced computer literacy skills
• A candidate with Talent Acquisition experience will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree or any professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a human resource generalist role.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or any other computer literacy skills.
• A candidate with Talent Acquisition experience will be an advantage.
• Good time management skills and able to work under minimal supervision.
