Job Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Review Overtime Approval documents for completeness and proceed for supervisor approval.
- Create and update various operational ledgers, such as vehicle dispatch records, scheduling logs, and expense details.
- Regularly verify ledger data against system records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Record daily fuel data based on receipts into the tracking system.
- Prepare weekly/monthly fuel usage reports to assess vehicle fuel efficiency and identify irregularities.
- Monitor the usage of company toll cards and compile transaction summaries regularly.
- Assist in checking whether toll expenses are reasonable and report any abnormalities promptly.
- Responsible for compiling and organizing daily task completion data for drivers/vehicles (e.g., delivery notes, dispatch records).
- Reconcile actual completed tasks against the scheduled plan and highlight any discrepancies.
- Assist in generating daily operations reports for management review.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with basic data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good at document filing and organization.
- Responsible and able to work independently on daily tasks.
- Good in both English and Malay, both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage.
