  • Co-ordinate and monitor planning activities and the execution of plan within operation to ensure smooth running.
  • Assist in the maintenance of proper purchasing system in the company.
  • Ensure goods are prepared, purchased, and delivered in accordance to due date and procedures.
  • Ensure materials plan is adhere to for production consumption.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of purchasing records.
  • Communicating with suppliers regarding order status and changes in delivery dates or quantities.
