- Co-ordinate and monitor planning activities and the execution of plan within operation to ensure smooth running.
- Assist in the maintenance of proper purchasing system in the company.
- Ensure goods are prepared, purchased, and delivered in accordance to due date and procedures.
- Ensure materials plan is adhere to for production consumption.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of purchasing records.
- Communicating with suppliers regarding order status and changes in delivery dates or quantities.
