- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of raw materials, in process, and finished products.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of an effective food safety and quality management system in compliance with relevant standards and customers’ requirements.
- Involved in supplier assessment and supplier audit program.
- Ensure materials meet Tyson Foods Malaysia’s standards before accepting them for production use.
- Monitor daily production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform verification to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
- Address food safety and quality issues and collaborate with the production/ maintenance/ sanitation team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure finished goods are meeting Tyson Foods Malaysia’s standards before releasing to markets or customers.
- Conduct an internal audit and plant review to ensure compliance.
- Assist in root cause investigation for non-conformities and customer complaints, and thereby develop adequate procedures to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in various programs' implementation, including but not limited to FSQ Culture, pest control, allergen management, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science Field or any related field.
- Preferably candidates with work experience in the FMCG industry; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Observant & Strong analytical thinking
