Job Responsibility
- To attend complaint on site, verify the issue and collect necessary information related to the complaint.
- Prepare a report on the complaint attended.
- Conduct inspection on the incoming raw material.
- Inspects WIP and finished goods product quality to ensure meeting quality standards.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to improve the product quality.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level
- Responsible & willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel & compulsory to have D license.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Good career prospects
