Kitchen Operations
As a Kitchen Crew cum Admin member at Mamasab International Sdn Bhd, you will play a dual role that involves assisting in kitchen operations and performing administrative tasks. You will help maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen while ensuring that administrative duties are managed efficiently.

- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, food supplies, and kitchen expenses.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing time sheets.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, providing excellent service.
- Support management in daily administrative tasks, including report generation.
- High school, diploma or equivalent; culinary experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks (MS Office, etc.).
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
