Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Team Building:
    • Identify staffing needs and recruit talented sales professionals to join the team.
    • Lead the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
    • Develop onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members to improve skills and performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and setting clear objectives.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Monitor team performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, product development)
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by managing client expectations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Prepare sales budgets and forecasts.
    • Track expenses and ensure the team operates within the allocated budget.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on team performance, market conditions, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, leading, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
