Senior Account Executive - Accounts Payable

Job Responsibility

1. Responsible to process the monthly payment to supplier accurately and timely. Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, resolving purchase order, contract, invoices or payment discrepancies and documentation.
2. To cross check with Purchasing Department on the increased in pricing vs pricing quoted to customer.
3. To maintain monthly reconciliation vs vendor statement.
4. To analyze the movement of expenses for the month.
5. Responsible to ensure policies and procedures are being adhered for purchases of the goods.
6. In the absent of Finance Manager she will liaise with Bank on Banking transaction.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Finance
2. Minimum proven 5 years working experience in Accounts.
3. Great understanding in Accounting Field.
4. Knowledge in computer skills.
5. Problem solving skills.
6. Able to work with minimum supervision.
7. Have good communication skill.
