Your tasks

  • 1. Analyzing and reporting of financial results of R&S businesses.
  • 2. Supporting financial planning, forecasting and budgeting.
  • 3. Analyzing costs, capital expenditures, and operational expenses, and providing insights on budget variances for various businesses.
  • 4. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to align financial plans with the company's strategic goals.
  • 5. Monitor and report on key financial metrics against budgets and forecasts.
  • 6. Support decision-making by providing financial analysis and produce management reports.
  • 7. Assisting in month-end, quarter-end financial & year-end reporting activities.
  • 8. The go-to person for new report generation
  • 9. Create new reports and maintain existing Excel reports for business performance reporting
  • 10. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
  • 11. Assist in implement compliance programs such as monitor adherence, audit process, address concerns and risk management.
  • 12. Other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Your Qualifications


  • 1. Member of recognized professional accounting body (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA etc.) or degree from a recognized University in Finance and Accounting.
  • 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and managing accounts closing procedures.
  • 3. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • 4. Excellent skills in Excel. Prior experience with Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI is a must.
  • 5. Knowledge in SAP FICO is an added advantage.
  • 6. Good attention to detail and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both finance and Internal Stakeholders.
  • 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 10. Responsible, self-driven and independent.
