How you create impact

• Support recruiters in identifying and engaging top talent through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
• Help craft strategic Boolean search strings and candidate lists for hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct market research and assist with talent mapping projects
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and update candidate data in our ATS
• Participate in intake calls and gain exposure to stakeholder interactions across business units
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• You’re currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• A genuine curiosity about talent acquisition and sourcing
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfort with using Excel, LinkedIn, and other online tools
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
