Warehouse Coordinator

You will support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate ERP reporting of production and subcontracting activities, managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, and maintaining proper documentation for procurement and receiving processes.

What You'll Do

• ERP Reporting
• Update daily in-house production reports into M3 ERP system
• Record and track external subcontracting production and returns
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across all production and inventory modules.
• Subcontracting Process Coordination
• Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for subcontracting jobs
• Monitor subcontracting progress and delivery timelines
• Perform Goods Receiving (GRN) in ERP for subcontracted materials and products.
• Inventory Management
• Monitor and track raw material and finished goods inventory
• Conduct routine stock checks and system reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain up-to-date records for procurement, delivery, and receiving
• Ensure all reporting complies with internal controls and audit standards
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and QA teams to support operational flow.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Prior experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with subcontracting workflows, inventory processes, and PR/PO cycles.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management principles.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciling data.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation and compliance standards.
