Job Responsibility
Responsibilities
Receiving and Inspection:
Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming goods, verifying quantities and checking for damage or discrepancies.

Inventory Management
Maintaining accurate stock records, tracking inventory levels, and managing stock locations within the warehouse.
Â
Storage And Organization
Organizing and storing items in a manner that optimizes space and ensures easy access, adhering to safety and accessibility guidelines.
Â
Order Fulfillment
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Â
Stock Control
Conducting regular inventory checks (cycle counts), reconciling discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management.
Â
Health And Safety
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Â
Documentation And Reporting
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, preparing reports on inventory levels, and generating necessary documentation.
Â
Coordination
Collaborating with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
Â
Equipment Operation
Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts (if certified) and other material handling equipment.
Â
Housekeeping
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
