- Provide support to CRM and ERP system.
- Troubleshoot, resolve and provide advice to resolve first level technical, functional and operation process issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented as per specification and timely manner.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to operation and management team.
- Assist in every related area of IT Infrastructure whenever required to ensure the continuous smooth running of the MIS department.
- Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in IT Support, with a strong emphasis on ERP system
- Proficiency in SQL is highly valued and essential for this role, and candidates with strong SQL skills will be given priority in the selection process.
- Knowledge in Report Designer, Power Query and Business Intelligent (BI) will be added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision.
- Proactive, aggressive, self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
