The Fleet Coordinator is responsible of but not limited to:
- On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at gateway sorting center.
- Coordinating with regional driver team.
- Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
- Timely handling abnormal situations of vehicles, report to relevant units or departments.
- Communicating with gateway staffs for smooth operation.
- JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.
- Ensuring all the vehicles depart and arrive on time.
- Daily report.
- Adhoc task assigned by superior.
- Educational background in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant field of study.
- Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Preferably Mandarin speaker.
- Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Rotating shift (Morning/Night)
